Conditions for Refund
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- For downloadable products (prompt packs, templates, toolkits), refunds are available if you have not downloaded the files more than once or used the content extensively.
- For online courses and memberships, refunds are available if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
